Are your PVC fittings Schedule 40 or Schedule 80?+
Both. Schedule 80 (thicker wall, higher pressure) for industrial and chemical service; Schedule 40 for general water and drainage. Mixed orders ship together from one factory.
How are PVC fittings joined to the pipe?+
By solvent-weld (cement) socket — apply primer and cement, push home and the joint chemically fuses into a permanent leak-tight bond. Union and flange fittings allow demountable connections.
Are PVC fittings suitable for chemical service?+
Yes — PVC-U resists many acids, alkalis and salts at ambient temperature, making the fittings suitable for plating, dosing, wastewater and industrial process lines. Confirm the medium with us for the correct schedule.
What sizes of PVC fittings do you supply?+
Common pressure sizes from 1/2" to 8" (DN15–DN200). Larger and special configurations are available on request for project orders.
