What diameters and pressure ratings of HDPE pipe do you supply?+
DN20 to DN2000 (custom OD on request), in pressure classes from SDR26 (PN6) up to SDR7.4 (PN25). The right SDR depends on your working pressure, temperature de-rating and installation method — send us the duty and we will confirm the class.
Which resin grade is used — PE100, PE100-RC or PE4710?+
Standard pipe is virgin PE100. For no-sand-bed / trenchless / mining duty we supply crack-resistant PE100-RC, and PE4710 for North-American AWWA / ASTM projects. All from Borealis, SABIC, Sinopec or PetroChina.
Are your HDPE pipes certified for potable water?+
Yes — potable grades carry WRAS, NSF/ANSI 61 and KIWA approval in addition to ISO 4427. Certificates are supplied with every shipment for tender submission.
Do you supply HDPE pipe in coils or straight lengths?+
Smaller diameters (up to ~DN110) ship in coils of 50–200 m to minimise joints on site; larger diameters ship in 6 m and 12 m straight lengths. Both are available factory-direct with export packing.
